Common questions
What happens after I subscribe?
You'll receive a confirmation email with your license key and a download link for the TrackyTrade installer. Install it on your Windows machine and enter your license key to activate.
How do I cancel?
Cancel anytime from your Paddle billing portal — a link is included in every receipt email. You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No questions asked.
What is your refund policy?
We don't offer refunds, but you can cancel before your next billing date to avoid future charges. The 7-day free trial lets you try TrackyTrade risk-free before committing.
Does it work with my broker?
TrackyTrade connects live to NinjaTrader 8. For all other brokers — Tradovate, Rithmic, TradeStation, and more — the CSV watch folder imports trades automatically.
Is my trading data safe?
Yes. TrackyTrade is 100% local — your trade data never leaves your machine. There are no servers, no cloud sync, and no data sharing. Your trades stay yours.
Can I use it on multiple computers?
Your license covers one machine. If you need to transfer to a new computer, contact support@trackytrade.com and we'll sort it out.
